Inclusion Northumberland’s 18th Annual Charity Golf Tournament was held on Tuesday August 11th at the Warkworth Golf Club. We are happy to share that it was our most successful event yet, bringing together an incredible community of supporters, volunteers, sponsors, and golfers in support of our A Place to Call Home Campaign. Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of everyone involved, we raised more than $25,000, helping us move closer to our goal of creating a purpose-built custom home with all the accessibility requirements for four young adults with complex medical needs.
This year’s tournament also marked two significant milestones for our organization. We welcomed 30 teams to the course, making it our highest team participation to date. In addition, more than 150 people volunteered or played in the tournament, setting a new attendance record and demonstrating the remarkable commitment our community has to making a difference. The energy, camaraderie, and shared sense of purpose throughout the day made this achievement even more meaningful.
Events like this are only possible because of the support of so many dedicated individuals and organizations.
